Thank you for shopping with Obsessed Clothing. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $120.
* Free shipping excludes the Hyundai i30N Performance PDeN Watch and Hyundai i20N Performance BC3N Watch.

Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

International shipping requires a custom shipping quote. Please contact is at obsessed_clothing@outlook.com for a custom shipping quote to your location.
International customers (outside of Australia) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Obsessed Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Obsessed Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, reach out to us at obsessed_clothing@outlook.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
