Thank you for shopping with Obsessed Clothing. We want you to be happy with your purchase — but we also need clear steps so that refunds and returns are handled fairly and efficiently for everyone.

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to remedies for products that are faulty, not as described, or do not do what they are reasonably expected to do. This means you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of what our own policy states for change-of-mind returns.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, these rules apply:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions:

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund:

If accepted, we’ll issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on where and how to send your item.

Do not send items without approval and an RA number — unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
5. Exchange Options
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item according to this policy and then placing a new order for your desired item. This ensures the quickest turnaround.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider. If the refund doesn’t clear in that time, please contact us.
7. International Customers & Special Cases
European Union Customers:

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cancellation right for change of mind from the date of receipt, in addition to the requirements above.
Other regions:
Return timelines and rights are based on local consumer protection laws as applicable.
